We provide FREE Worldwide shipping with FedEx or DHL from our wearhouse in Aisa and Europe. Your orders include a Track & Trace code to track your order from begin to end.
All paintings are shipped after painting and quality inspection are completed. This process can take 20-25 business days. All paintings come with free 100% insurance coverage.
If only the Paintings are selected then they are rolled and shipped out in a thick and protective cardboard tube to protect them againts damages. If you add a Gallery Wrap to the same order then the painting will be ready-to-hang on your wall right out of the box.
No, we sell the paintings and frames separately - If you buy painting with frame, it will arrived framed to your doorstep. The painting are stretched and framed by professional, and shipped via insured express shipping. All for free.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENT BETWEEN ROLLED-CANVAS AND GALLERY WRAPPED-CANVAS?
Rolled-canvas ( Unstretched )- the same painting on canvas that will come to you rolled in a tube. In this case you'll have to stretch this canvas in the nearest art store or framing shop.
Gallery wrapped-canvas ( Stretched )- it’s a painting on canvas that will be stretched on the wooden bars, ready for hanging.
SINCE SOME PAINTINGS IS ORIGINAL ART, HOW IS SIAM FINE ART ABLE TO OFFER DIFFERENT SIZE?
This is possible because every painting is made to order. This means that the artisit will start working on your painting after you order. This ensures the originality of the painting and makes it possible to customise every aspect of the painting.
CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM SIZE FOR PAINTING?
Yes this is possible. We paint every painting on order so we are able to modify the size with the artist as you wish. what we need are just the right instruction and details.
WHAT IS THE LARGEST SIZE I CAN GET?
We offer a wide range of sizes, shapes and colour schemes. You can order any of our paintings in any size up to 300cm.
The paintings can be created in square, rectangular and even round shapes. If you cannot find a perfect size for your space, please send us a custom size request. We will gladly make any of our paintings according to your wishes, in your custom size.
Yes. All paintings are 100% handmade by our artists. There is no printing involed in the process. Our artists only use highest-grade oil and acrylic paints.
WHAT SIZE PAINTING DO I NEED?

If you are looking for something truly unique or if your wall size isn't typical to match our standard sizes, We offer custom size original paintings on canvas. Get in touch to commission one of our talented artist to create a bespoke piece of art for you.
Yes, all paintings will be signed by the artists. Usually we sign the painting at the right bottom corner. Please let us know if you want a painting without a signature.
You will receieve an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our wearhouse. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident.
If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our wearhouse, please contact us immediately at siamfineart@hotmail.com. However we can't guarantee that we will have enough time to cancel your order, as our packing/shipping department prides itself on getting products heading our customers way quickly.
All customer have 14 days to regret their buyings. The 14 days starts from the day you buy the product. we will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 30 days after you're cancellation. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. contact us at siamfineart@hotmail.com to get the address for shipping back your artwork.
We don't accept returns on art painting if the package is opened up because the painting can get scratches and finger prints on it. You can only return the painting if the tube isn't opened up. This doesn't apply on skateboards or framed paintings.
Note: We not accept returns on custom orders.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PAINTING?
If you receive a damaged painting you must save the damaged box so we can immediately file a claim with the shipping company. Please take some photos of the damaged areas and contact us. Delivery company will need to see the box & painting photos to launch their investigation. You can be sure that all of our paintings are fully insured.
In the case if you receive a damaged product we're ready to create a new painting for free or refund the money. But only after we receive the original item back.
DO I PAY FOR CUSTOM FEES?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. We do everything possible to clear for custom and paying for custom fees beforehand. However, it is still possible that some items may be eligible to custom fees. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in country.
